We may collect the following types or categories of personal information, including:
• Contact details such as name, email address, telephone number and work location.
• Identifying information – such as your title, name and surname, and identification number of
any kind

• Reservation information – arrival date, departure date, Travel Agent information, Company
information (e.g. Company Name, Address, VAT number)
• Historic and future reservation information – a record of previous stays including the revenue
spent as well as future reservation details.
• Other information – personal preferences and special requests, vehicle registration number
and surveillance for security purposes in public areas.
•Technical and location information – information that is generated as a result of for example
using the Fortu Fusion website – https://www.fortufusion.com
We may also collect sensitive personal information including your financial information – such as
your credit card and/or bank account details (including proof of payments); and
• Other relevant personal information to enable the conduct of business.
